The tree pose is a wonderful balancing posture where you balance on one leg like a bird gazing into the distance. Helps bring balance, instil harmony and gives a good standing on the earth.
Starting off in the mountain pose, setting your foundation on one leg then slowly testing the water bringing the other foot off the floor with control and focus. Place your foot above or below the knee, never on it.
Try raising the arms up and down a few times to increase your control over the tree pose.
